報告摘要
AER-MEC RESEARCH GROUP was established by Muzio Gola in 1997. The research group has 4 teachers and 14 researchers, post-docs and PhD students. Dedicated to the research of turbomachinery, including aerospace applications and energy production and oil & gas. The group’s research interests are linear and nonlinear structural dynamics. Prof. Zucca will report the recent progress in contact mechanics and tribology, joint & damper design, numerical modeling, and test rigs design.
主講人簡介

Stefano Zucca, PhD in Machine Design of Politecnico di Torino (Italy), is full Professor of Machine Design at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Politecnico di Torino. He has published more than 40 journal papers.
His research direction is the development and validation of reliable models and methods for the assessment of the structural integrity and the safety margins of rotating components of turbomachinery for aero-engines, including:
- Numerical and experimental analysis of the dynamics of rotating structures (i.e. bladed disks, gears) of turbomachinery.
- Numerical and experimental analysis of the effect of localized non-linearity (i.e. friction contacts) on the dynamics of mechanical components.
- Design of test rigs for the experimental characterization of friction contacts and friction dampers for turbomachinery applications.
- Development and validation of methods for the analysis of damaged bladed disks.
- Development and validation of reduced order models for structures with geometric and contact nonlinearities.
